Questions

Is Pagewing cheaper than Raindrop.io?

No. Raindrop.io Pro costs a few dollars a month and its free plan already has no cap on bookmarks. The duplicate and broken-link clean-up is on Pagewing Pro, our higher plan, so that's the fair price to compare. Pagewing pays off when you also pay for a screen recorder, a PDF editor, a screenshot tool or a link shortener, because one subscription covers them all. Try the calculator above with your own numbers.

Are my bookmarks uploaded to Pagewing?

No. Pagewing works on the bookmarks in your Chrome through the extension, so they stay on your computer and in Chrome's own sync. Only if you turn on searching inside pages (Premium) is the text of your bookmarked public pages kept in your account, and turning it off deletes it.

Can I import my Raindrop.io collections?

Yes, free and with no limit. Create a backup in Raindrop.io's settings, drop the CSV into Pagewing's Bookmarks page, and your collections become Chrome bookmark folders nested the same way, with their tags, notes, highlights, covers and favorites kept. You can also export a single collection and import just that, and undo the import if you change your mind.

Does it find duplicate and broken bookmarks?

Yes, with Pagewing Pro. The clean-up finds duplicates, dead links, pages that moved, tracking junk in addresses and bookmarks you never open, checks your links regularly and tells you when one breaks, and you choose what to remove, with undo. Raindrop.io's duplicate and broken-link finder is on its Pro plan too.

Does it stay fast with thousands of bookmarks?

Yes. The manager is built for big libraries: searching 10,000 bookmarks answers as you type, and long lists load as you scroll.

Can I share a collection or use it on my phone?

Not from Pagewing: there are no shared or public collections and no phone app. Because your bookmarks stay Chrome bookmarks, Chrome's own sync carries them to Chrome on your other devices, but the manager itself runs in Chrome on a computer. If you share collections with others or save from a phone app, Raindrop.io covers that.

Can I keep highlights on the pages I save?

Not in the bookmark manager. Pagewing keeps tags, notes and a preview on each bookmark; highlights you made in Raindrop.io come over inside the bookmark's note when you import. Raindrop.io has highlights on every plan.

Is Pagewing free?

Yes. Every tool works on the free plan, with a few limits. Premium removes the limits and adds features like share links, PDF signatures and cloud storage, for every tool at once. Pro adds Office conversions, bookmark cleanups and AI summaries and branding for recordings on top. You only add a card if you decide to upgrade.
