Bring your TickTick tasks over as reminders. One subscription for the whole stack.
Make a backup in TickTick, drop the file into Pagewing, and every task with a date becomes a reminder that pops up in Chrome, even with the side panel closed, and lands in your email too on Premium. Reminders are one tool in a side panel that also has a screen recorder, a PDF editor and short links.
Every tool has a free planImport free, daily and weekly repeats included. Other repeats need PremiumPremium from $20/month, no free-plan limits
Who it's for
Made for you if…
You use TickTick mostly to be reminded at the right time, not for habits or a calendar.
You spend your day in Chrome and want reminders to pop up there, or arrive by email.
You pay for several browser tools and want one subscription.
Bring your data
Move from TickTick to Pagewing
One backup file has all your lists. Each list becomes a list, and each task rings when TickTick would have reminded you, with its repeat, content and checklist.
Open TickTick in your browser, click your avatar, then Settings → Account → Backup & Import.
Click Generate Backup. TickTick downloads one .csv file with all your lists.
In Pagewing, open Reminders on the web, press Import, choose TickTick and drop the file.
Choose what happens to folders and to tasks without a date, check the preview, then import.
What comes over
Lists, as lists (or one list per folder), with the Inbox as No list
Due times and repeats; each reminder rings at the task's first TickTick reminder
Content, checklist items, tags and parent tasks, in the reminder's notes
High-priority tasks, flagged, and the first link in a task, as the reminder's link
What doesn't
Completed and won't-do tasks, and notes
Repeats that skip holidays or fall on custom dates: those tasks come over once, with the repeat written in their notes
Habits, the calendar view and shared lists: Pagewing Reminders is for being reminded
Where Pagewing is as good or better, and where it's different. Where TickTick does more, we say so.
As good or better
Type "call mom tomorrow at 5pm" and it's set, with a notification in Chrome at the right time, even with the side panel closed.
Snooze, and the page you were on attached to the reminder.
No cap on reminders on the free plan, with daily and weekly repeats. Other repeats and reminder emails come with Premium.
One subscription for your reminders and the rest of your browser tools.
Different
It's a reminders tool, not a full task manager: no habits, calendar view, shared lists or Eisenhower matrix.
No phone app: reminders come in Chrome on your computer, and by email on Premium.
On its own, TickTick costs less than Pagewing. Pagewing pays off when it replaces several apps.
The math

Prices are the published US price of the leading app for each job, for one person, billed monthly where it's offered (two only sell yearly, so those show the yearly price per month), checked October 2026. Those apps differ from Pagewing in places, and some do more in their own field.
Questions
Something else? Write to us from the Contact link below.
Do repeating tasks keep repeating?
Daily and weekly ones do on every plan. Monthly, yearly and every-few-days ones keep repeating on Premium; on the free plan they come over as one-time reminders. Repeats that skip holidays or fall on custom dates come over once.
What time does an all-day task ring?
At its TickTick reminder if it has one, such as 9:00 on the day or the evening before. Otherwise at your morning time on that day, 9:00 unless you change it in Reminders settings.
Is there a limit?
The free plan has no cap on reminders. An account holds up to 2,000, and the importer brings in the ones that fit.
Is Pagewing free?
Yes. Every tool works on the free plan, with a few limits. Premium removes the limits and adds features like share links, PDF signatures and cloud storage, for every tool at once. Pro adds Office conversions and bookmark cleanups on top. You only add a card if you decide to upgrade.
